Senior Data Analyst | Logistics, Data, and Business Strategy
Background in International Relations and Business Administration, with a postgraduate degree in Data Science & Analytics completed in 2025. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, spanning international logistics, commercial analytics, and data-driven business strategy.
Right now I split my time between senior data analyst at Jovi, co-founder of TATU (a SaaS that monitors AI presence for Brazilian brands), and co-founder of Clamar, a paid traffic agency for high-ticket businesses. I also founded a startup (Alphabyte) that went through valuation, incubation at CELTA, and acceleration, pitched to investors and stayed in contact with them. It didn't move forward given the market context, but it left me with real experience negotiating with investors and managing a project under pressure.
Building companies taught me to test fast, listen closely, and accept that not everything works, and that shaped how I work today. With a view that spans both commercial and data, I aim to turn complex operations into scalable, efficient solutions, always focused on real business impact. I'm now opening that same lens to the international market, the behind-the-scenes of that process is in Musings.
Turning data into strategic insight
Predictive models to estimate transit time on the China–Manaus route, factoring in history, seasonality, and drought. Supported inventory planning and risk reduction.
Analysis of international freight and the landed cost factor. Currency swings can mask the dollar's impact on margin. This analysis helped separate logistics from currency effects, supporting strategic negotiations.
Sell-out KPI and performance analysis supporting leadership's decisions and commercial strategy.
Built automated solutions with Power Platform: Power Apps for cost simulation and freight predictability, internal tools (like a Topdesk-style service desk), plus Power Automate and Apps Script automations that cut manual work.
Coordinated with carriers and internal teams to align operations and negotiations: tracked partner performance, prioritized shipments, mediated conflicts, and found ways to cut cost and logistics risk while keeping every area aligned.
Built integrations with n8n and APIs to speed up my own routine and automate repetitive tasks. Still evolving, focused on building smarter systems: scheduling emails, organizing calendars, centralizing notes, and bringing AI into everyday processes.
Projects born from the need to simplify what's complex
A SaaS that monitors AI presence for Brazilian brands (GEO/AEO). Tracks how brands show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, benchmarks against competitors, and delivers actionable recommendations. Co-founder, I own growth and marketing end to end: paid acquisition, content, video production, and go-to-market.
Paid traffic agency (Google Ads and Meta Ads) for high-ticket businesses, co-founded with Clara Abreu. I lead media strategy and the data analysis behind every account. In one of the niches we serve, we brought cost per lead down to R$12, against a market benchmark of R$150.
A platform for solar energy cooperatives that automates invoice reading, credit-sharing calculations, and billing. Cuts manual work and brings consumption, discount, and payment data together in one place.
A platform that turns any document into a professional proposal with an integrated agreement and payment link. Automates the entire sales process in minutes.
A platform for approving creative work between agencies and clients. Cuts rework and centralizes every conversation in the creative process.
A multi-sided marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of used tech gear. Incubated at CELTA, went through events and investment rounds.
Built the sell-out data foundation for the South region from scratch: defined dimensions and facts, wrote the SQL queries, connected the daily activation flow (D-1). What used to take several days to consolidate now runs in 37 seconds, and became the basis for stock allocation, targets, promoter deployment, commissions, and contest results, distributed daily to 2 directors, 3 managers, and the VP, alongside Power BI dashboards with role-based access control. Also built a Difference-in-Differences model to measure training effectiveness, and a promoter coverage pipeline that cut planning time by ~2h/week.
~$12M in freight savings from carrier negotiations I sat in on, backing purchasing's decisions with data analysis. Created the KPIs and OKRs for the Import department, still used by management and directors today. Built a predictive transit time model for the Manaus route during a period of drought and port disruption in Panama and Mexico. Traced a drop in import margins to the dollar's appreciation, not freight costs: international freight had gone up, but the real damage came from exchange rate, and that redirected where purchasing focused next (this is the story behind the post "A Metric That Looked Fine" over in Musings).
Broke down the causes of payment-flow delays and overturned the team's assumption that it was all understaffing: only 5% was headcount, 50% was the payment-flow bottleneck (port clearance to physical/fiscal entry), 30% was system issues at process closing, and 15% was payment terms themselves. That analysis led directly to formalizing KPIs for the area, the role that became Management Information Analyst.
Ran paid traffic for a portfolio of 10+ clients on Google Ads and Facebook Business, by hand: no AI tools existed for this yet. Wrote the copy, adjusted landing pages, built keyword plans to project cost and results before spending. Automated campaign onboarding with Google Apps Script. This was my first real contact with programming and with business data, and the two ended up merging: it's still what I do today in freelance paid traffic.
Always open to new opportunities and connections
